Section 135(2) in The Gujarat Co-Operative Societies Act, 1961
(2)Nothing in any law for the time being in force fixing a maximum limit of agricultural holdings, shall apply to the acquisition of land by a [Land Development Bank] [Substituted for the words 'Land Mortgage Bank' by Gujarat 24 of 1964] under this section.
