Section 12 in Himachal Pradesh Societies Registration Act, 2006
12. Effect of change of name.
- The change in the name of the Society shall not affect any rights or obligations of either the members who were admitted prior to the change of the name of Society or render defective any legal proceeding by or against the Society.
