Section 20 in Dr. Vishwanath Karad MIT World Peace University Act, 2016
20. Authorities of University.
- The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely:-(i)the Governing Body;(ii)the Board of Management;(iii)the Academic Council;(iv)the Board of Examinations; and(v)such other authorities, as may be declared by the statutes to be the authorities of the University.
