Section 6(1) in High Court of Gujarat (Conduct, Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 2011
(1)No Court employee shall be a member of, or be otherwise associated with, any political party or any organization which takes part in politics nor shall he/she take part in, subscribe in aid of, or assist or in any manner aid political movement or activity.
