Section 8(viii) in BIHAR SPORTS UNIVERSITY ACT, 2021
(viii)The Chancellor may, if the inspection or inquiry is made in respect of any Institution affiliated to the University, address the Executive Council concerned through the Vice-Chancellor with reference to the result of such inspection or inquiry, his/her views thereon and such advice as he/she may be pleased to offer upon the action to be taken thereon;
