Section 10(i) in Andhra Pradesh (Telangana Area) Tenancy and Agricultural Land Rules, 1950
(i)After passing orders in all disputed cases and incorporating the changes referred to in sub-rule (iv) of Rule 9 the Tahsildar shall declare the Preliminary Record of Tenancies as the Provisional Record of Tenancies and append a certificate in such record that it shall be declared to be Provisional Record of Tenancies with effect from the date of such certification.
