Section 13(1) in University of Technology, Jaipur Act, 2017
(1)The President shall be appointed by the Chairperson from a panel of three persons recommended by the Board of Management and shall, subject to the provisions contained in sub-section (8), hold office for a term of three years:Provided that after expiry of the term of three years a person shall be eligible for re-appointment for another term of three years:Provided further that a President shall, notwithstanding the expiration of his term, continue to hold office until his successor enters upon the office.
