Section 12(1) in The Calcutta Improvement Act, 1911
(1)The Word substituted by the Adaptation of Laws Order, 1950. State Government may, after consultation with the Board, grant leave of absence to the Chairman or depute him to other duties, for such period as it thinks fit.
