Part admission/ denial qua the documents of plaintiff has been done today. The admitted documents of plaintiff have been exhibited from Ex. P1 to Ex. P16, which have been admitted and signed by Ld. counsel for defendant no. 2 to 4 on behalf of the said defendants. Some of the documents have been admitted and signed by Ld counsel for defendant No. 1 but certain documents of plaintiff are left to be marked and signed.
At request that file is very bulky and in many parts and it will take long time to mark the documents, be fixed for remaining admission/ denial qua remaining documents of plaintiff and qua documents of the defendants on 09.10.2023 and 10.10.2023 at 2pm.
