Section 67(11) in Rajasthan Muslim Wakf Regulations, 1964
(11)The Inspection Clerk shall on the day of the inspection and immediately after the inspection has begun make on the order a memorandum showing the date on which the order has been complied with, he shall also on the same day/return every record or paper and every order to the official from whom he received them. Such official shall forthwith file every order which has been returned to him and shall not again issue for inspection on an order so filed any record or paper.
