25. Repeal and savings.
- The Himachal Pradesh Fruit Nurseries Registration Act, 1973 is hereby repealed:Provided that anything done or any action taken (including any licence issued, nursery registered, notification, order or direction issued, any rules made, proceedings commenced or continued) under the Act so repealed shall be deemed to have been issued, done or taken under the corresponding provisions of this Act.
