Section 16(1) in Gujarat Regularisation of Unauthorised Development Act, 2011
(1)The State Government may issue, from time to time, direction to the designated authority as it may deem fit for giving effect to the provisions of this Act and it shall be the duty of the designated authority to comply with such directions.
