Section 13(1) in Jammu and Kashmir Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2014
(1)For the purposes of questioning, interview, recovery of articles and weapons involved in the offence and taking the juvenile for spot investigation or any other procedure relating to investigation, the concerned Police Officer shall seek written order from the Board.
