- The Government may, by notification, delegate all or any of their powers under this Act, except those conferred upon them by this section and sections 90, 91, 99 and 102 to any person or authority subordinate to them subject to such conditions and to such control and revision by such authority as may be specified in the notification; and they may in the like manner withdraw any powers so delegated.
