Section 43(4)(vi) in The Jharkhand Agricultural Produce Markets Rules, 2000

(vi)Subject to the provision of these rules, every election shall be tried by Munsif as early as may be, in accordance with the procedure applicable under the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908, to the trials as suits.
