G.S.R. 303 (E), dated 11.9.2004.- In exercise of the powers conferred by Section 30 read with Section 3 and clause (i) and sub-clauses (c) and (d) of clause (ii) of Sub-Section (1), Sub-Section (4) of Section 14, and Sections 16, 17 and other relevant Sections of the Atomic Energy Act (33 of 1962) and all other powers enabling it in this behalf, and in supercession of Radiation Protection Rules 1971 except as respects things done or omitted to be done before such supercession, the Central Government hereby makes the following rules, namely:-
