Information sought:
The applicant has sought the following the information:-
1. Information/Certified copies on the circular/office order/memorandums of Department of Post in relation to the TA and TP detail for the cadre Postal Asst./Office Asst.
2. Information/Certified copies on the date of joining of SN Das at the Aska Postal Division- 761110, with the designation in which he joined.
3. Information/Certified copies on the period of total service rendered continuously by SN Das as Office Asst. at Aska Postal Divisional Office 761110.
4. Information/Certified copies on the name and branch of Aska Postal Divisional office in which S N Das worked.
5. Information/ Certified Copies on the period of which SN Das worked at NUAGAM S.O. of Aska Postal Divisional 761110, as PA.
6. Information/Certified copies on the amount of TA paid to SN Das on transfer from NUAGAM of Aska Postal Divisional 761110, to Aska Postal Divisional Office.
7. Information/Certified copies on the order circulated by DGPT as per DOPT, as the post of Staff Assistant is sensitive.
8. Information/Certified copies on the Rotational Transfer memo sent to the Regional Office of Post, Berhampur, Odisha, whether the name of SN Das was included.
9. Information/certified copies on the Aska Postal Division-761110, is aware on the fact that the period of deputation or leave at stretch exceeds 6 months should be deducted from the past tenure of station as per DGPT.

Relevant Facts emerging during Hearing:
The following were present Appellant: Absent Respondent: Mr. P Das CAPIO through VC The appellant was given an opportunity to participate in the hearing, however, he is absent. The CAPIO stated that all information, other than that requested under query 2 to 6 & 8 of the appellant's RTI application dated 13/07/2012, has been furnished to him vide letter dated 29/08/2012. He further stated that the then CPIO had withheld part information as it related to an employee, however, the matter has been reconsidered and the information will be provided. On going through the records it is seen that the appellant in his second appeal to the Commission dated 14/02/2013 has requested for information under queries 2 to 9. The CAPIO stated that he will provide the information.
Decision notice:
As agreed by the CAPIO the information as above should be furnished to the appellant within three weeks.
The appeal is disposed of accordingly.
