11. Grant of accreditation to free lance Journalists.
- The Committee may consider the grant of accreditation to an applicant not attached to any particular news media Organisation; provided that such a person has at least 20 years experience as a full time journalist and has a proven income of not less than Rs. 25,000 per annum from journalistic activities.
