Section 11(3) in The Jharkhand Compulsory Registration of Marriages Act, 2017
(3)Provided that a marriage registered under any other enactment relating to registration of marriage for the time being in force, need not be registered under this Act:Provided further that nothing contained in any other Act or law shall preclude the parties to a marriage from registering their marriage under the provisions of this Act.
