Section 2(i) in The Rajasthan Municipal (New Pay Scales) Rules, 1975
(i)'Basic Pay' means pay as defined in Rule 7(24) (i) of R.S.R., 1951, provided that when a member is in receipt of a personal pay in the existing Pay Scale the basic pay includes personal pay.
