Section 3(20) in THE COCHIN UNIVERSITY OF SCIENCE AND TECHNOLOGY ACT, 1986
(20)"Student" means a person duly admitted as a fultime or part-time student in any of the institutions of the University or Recognized Institutions in accordance with the Regulations to undergo a courseof study, research, leading to a degree, diploma, or certificate of the University;( 2 "Syndicate" means the Syndicate of the University;
