Section 553(1)(b) in Uttar Pradesh Municipal Corporation Act, 1959

(b)the Municipal Commissioner or any Corporation officer, a written document signed as provided in sub-section (2) purporting to conveyor set forth such consent, sanction, approval, concurrence, confirmation, declaration, opinion or satisfaction shall be sufficient evidence of such consent, sanction, approval, concurrence, confirmation, declaration, opinion or satisfaction.
