Section 75 in Sikkim Shops and Commercial Establishments Act, 1983
75.
Whoever wilfully obstructs the Chief Inspector or an Inspector in the' exercise: of any powers under this Act or rules made thereunder or conceals or prevents any employer in 'an establishment from appearing before or being examined by the Chief Inspector or an Inspector, shall, on conviction, be punished with fine which shall not be less than one hundred rupees and which may extend to one thousand rupees.
