Section 1 in The National Institutes of Technology, Science Education and Research, 2007
1. Short title and commencement. -
(1)This Act may be called the [National Institutes of Technology, Science Education and Research] [Substituted for the words "National Institute of Technology" by Act No. 28 of 2012 (w.e.f. 7.6.2012)], 2007.(2)It shall come into force on such [date] [the 20th day of August, 2015] as the Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint, and different dates may be appointed for different provisions of this Act.
