Section 14(vi) in The Rajasthan District Courts Ministerial Establishment Rules, 1986
(vi)A person promoted as Senior Munsarim shall be reverted to the post held by him prior to his promotion as Senior Munsarim, if he fails to pass the Departmental Examinations of Senior Munsarim even after three attempts.
