Section 17(a) in The Orissa Forest Shooting Rules, 1973
(a)before shooting, hunting or fishing in any reserve forest, inform the Divisional Forest Officer of their intention and of the area in which they propose to shoot, hunt or fish and shall not shoot, hunt or fish unless they have ascertained that there is no objection to their doing so;
