Section 62(ii) in University of Udaipur Teachers (Conditions of Service) Rules, 1976
(ii)Maternity leave is not debitable to the leave account. It may be combined with leave of any other kind except casual leave, but, the leave applied for in continuation shall be supported by a medical certificate from the authorised medical attendant.
