51. How to make Statutes.
(1)The first Statutes with regard to the matters set out in sub-sections (1) to (10) of section 50 shall be made by the State Government within three months of the appointed day.(2)Additional Statutes may subsequently be made on all matters required to be prescribed.(3)Every Statute to be made by the University shall be considered and approved by the Executive Council and the Chancellor.
