Section 7(7) in Rajasthan private Security Agencies (Regulation) Rules, 2006
(7)On the basis of police verification and on the basis of the own verification, the Agency shall issue a character certificate in Form VI and the same shall not be taken back by such Agency even if the person ceases to be the employee of that Agency. This certificate shall ordinarily be valid for three years from the date of issue.
