Section 21(2) in The National Capital Region Planning Board Act, 1985
(2)The Central Government shall, also after due the appropriation made by Parliament by law in this behalf, pay to the Board such other sums as may be necessary for meeting the salaries, allowances and other remuneration of the Member-Secretary officers and other employees of the Board and such amounts as may be necessary ton meet the other administrative expenses of the Board.
