(b)The official visitors shall be summoned to the monthly meeting by rotations. One notice shall be sent a week before and another 24 hours summons, it is his duty to provide a substitute from the official visitors, list. The substitute for a medical visitor must be a medical visitor. When an official visitor fails to attend a monthly meeting (or arrange for a substitute if unable to attend) he shall furnish an explanation to the Superintendent for submission to the Principal Medical and Health Officer.
