Section 13 in The Mayo Hospital Acquisition Act, 1982
13. Repeal and saving.
(1)The Mayo Hospital Acquisition Ordinance, 1982, is hereby repealed.(2)Notwithstanding such repeal, anything done or any action taken under the said Ordinance shall be deemed to have been validly done or taken under this Act.
