Section 29(2) in The Chhattisgarh Municipal Service (Executive) Rules, 1973
(2)Where a member of the service is granted any leave under the leave rules which goes beyond the date on which he must compulsorily retire, the grant of such leave shall automatically carry' with it the extension of service for the period of such leave.
