When the Medical Officer of the Board certifies that arrangements for the treatment of a patient are not available in the Board's dispensary and refers him to a Government Hospital, all the expenses on treatment including laboratory examination, X-ray, etc., as out-door or in-door patient in the hospital will be reimbursed by the Board.
