83. Persons authorised to attest
.-Affidavits shall be sworn or affirmed before any Judicial Officer, Registrar, Joint Registrar and Deputy Registrar of the Tribunal Notary, District Registrar or Sub-Registrar, the Chief Ministerial Officer of any civil or criminal Court in the State or any Advocate.
