Section 2(1)(c) in Chhattisgarh Agricultural Cattle Preservation Rules, 2014

(c)"Institution" means such charitable institution, which is engaged in Agricultural cattle welfare and which has been established for the purpose of keeping, breeding and maintaining Agricultural cattle for the purpose of reception, protection, care, management, and treatment of infirm, aged and disease cattle or for seizing Agricultural cattle during useful or un-useful or illegal transportation, and includes Gosadan, Goshala, Pinjrapole, Gorakshan Sansthan and their Federation or union, which are registered under any Act for the time being in force;
