17. Executive Council.
(1)The Executive Council shall be the principal executive body of the University.(2)The constitution of the Executive Council, the term of office of its members and its powers and duties shall be such as may be prescribed by the Statutes.[Provided that the Pro Vice-Chancellor shall be the ex-officio member of the Executive Council] [Amended by Haryana Act No.15 of 2008]
