Section 5(3) in Rajasthan State Dental Council Rules, 2008
(3)For the purpose of elections under clause (d) of section 21 of the Act, the members of the Medical Council of Rajasthan of the day, which shall be 30 days before the date fixed under clause (a) of Rule 7 shall constitute the electoral roll.
