179. Illegal making of a street.
- Whoever begins, continues or completes the laying out or making of a street without giving the notice required by Section 176 or in contravention of any written direction made by the Kshettra Panchayat under Section 177 or any bye-law or any provision of this Act shall be liable upon conviction to a fine which may extend to five hundred rupees.
