Section 35(1)(e) in Madhya Pradesh Electricity Regulatory Commission (Conduct of Business) (Revision-I) Regulations, 2016

(e)The Commission may, for the purpose of collecting any information particulars or documents which the Commission consider necessary in connection with the discharge of its functions under the Act, issue such directions and follow any one or more of the methods provided for in sub-section(1) of section 94 of the Act;
