Section 12(2) in Assam State Housing Board Act, 1972
(2)The Board shall have power to create any post on its establishment:Provided that no new post the scale of pay of which exceeds one thousand nd two hundred rupees per months shall be created by the Board without the previous sanction of the State Government.
