Section 13(1) in The Transfer Of Evacuee Deposits Act, 1954
(1)The Central Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, make [rules] [ See Gazette of India, 1955, Extraordinary, Pt. II, Sec. S, p. 2003 ] to carry out the purposes of this Act.
