Section 277A(i) in Rajasthan Panchayati Raj Rules, 1996
(i)the Authorized Agency shall invite applications by advertising the vacancies in such manner, as it may deem fit. The application shall be made in such form as may be approved by the Authorized Agency. Candidate shall be required to state in the appliction form, the names of all the 33 districts in order of their preference, in which they want to serve;
