22. Cessation of membership.
(1)If any person having been admitted as a member of a cooperative society dies or subsequently becomes subject to any of the disqualifications specified in the bye-laws shall cease to be a member of the cooperative society.(2)Every cooperative society shall inform, in the event of receipt of information of the death of the member, the nominee of the member and in every other instance, the member, about the cessation of membership for the settlement of accounts.
