433. Indemnity.
- No suit shall be maintainable against any municipal authority or any officer or other employee of the Municipality or any person acting under the direction of any municipal authority or any officer or other employee of the Municipality or a Magistrate in respect of anything done lawfully and in good faith with due care and attention under this Act or the rules or the regulations made thereunder.O.
