Section 60(1) in Andhra Pradesh Juvenile Justice (Care and Protection of Children) Rules, 2003
(1)The staff strength of a Home shall be determined with reference to the duty, posts, hours of duty per day as the base for each category of staff. The institutional organisational set up shall be fixed in accordance with the size of the Home, the capacity, work load, distribution of functions and requirements of programmes.
