11. Issue of final Registration Certificate.
- The report submitted under sub-section (2) of section 10 shall be considered by a Committee at the Directorate Level headed by the Director. If the Committee is satisfied that the proposal for registration fulfills the objectives laid down under section 3, the Director shall issue a Registration Certificate to establish and run the Centre for a period of three years (inclusive of six months provisional registration) on such form as may be prescribed.
