Section 54(1) in A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technological University Act, 2015
(1)The Annual report of the University shall be prepared by the University and published after obtaining the approval of the Board of Governors and it shall be submitted to the Government on or before the 15th day of September of the succeeding year.
