Section 64(1) in West Bengal Trade Unions Rules, 1998
(1)Immediately after completion of the counting, the Presiding Officer shall record in the counting sheets in Form Z, the total number of votes polled by each union and announce the same. He shall give the result of the counting in writing with official seal to all contesting unions or their agents.
