Section 44G in The Orissa Panchayat Samiti Act, 1959
44G. Appearance before [Civil Judge (Senior Division)] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 12 of 2001 (O.G.E.No. 1651 dated 7.9.2001).]
- Any appearance, application or act before the [Civil Judge (Senior Division)] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 12 of 2001 (O.G.E.No. 1651 dated 7.9.2001).] may be made or done by the party in person or by a Pleader duly appointed to act on his behalf :Provided that it shall be open to the [Civil Judge (Senior Division)] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 12 of 2001 (O.G.E.No. 1651 dated 7.9.2001).] to direct any party to appear in person whenever the [Civil Judge (Senior Division)] [Substituted vide Orissa Act No. 12 of 2001 (O.G.E.No. 1651 dated 7.9.2001).] considers it necessary.
